Here is where we will make our Bold Predictions for the 2014 season. Add what you want in the comments below. I will put a link to this on the right as well.
Lets start out with trying to pick who will be the division winners this year.
I predict that the Miami Marlins will finish the season with an 83-79 record and finish in third place. Which makes this not so much of a BOLD prediction as it is just a prediction.
I predict that Mike Trout will win the 2014 AL MVP vote in a landslide. Finally giving Jeff Passan the much needed release from his massive boner that he has had firmly planted on Mike Trout's left butt cheek since his first at bat in the majors.
Nick predicted the Marlins to finish 2014 at 83-79. They actually faired a bit worse and finished at 77-85. Close.
Nick ACCURATELY predicted that Mike Trout would win the AL MVP. And a Landslide it was with Trout getting all 30 first place votes. He also accurately predicted that Passan would orgasm at the news.
Chris predicted the Division winners and went 7/10 picking the playoff teams but only 3 division winners correct. i went 4/5 in NL but got them all in the wrong spot. The 2014 division and wildcard winners were: AL: Detroit, Baltimore, LAA (wild cards, KC and Oakland) (only KC and LAA wrong) NL: Washington, STL, LAD (wild cards , SF and PIT) (only Pitt wrong but the rest in the wrong spot.)
I predict the Division winners at the end of the 2014 season will be:
ReplyDeleteAL: Detroit, Baltimore, Seattle. (AL wild cards Oakland and New York)
NL: Atlanta, St. Louis, San Fran. (NL wild cards LA and Washington)
