Reds Hire New GM

Breaking news from the bowels of Ohio.  The Cincinnati Reds have hired Darren Baker, the son of head coach Dusty Baker, as their new GM and President of Baseball Operations.  Darren was first employed by MLB at the age of 3 when he was a stupid little boy trying to get trampled in the World Series.

When asked what immediate plans he had for the team, Darren hinted that a possible trade might be made for Aroldis Chapman after his horrific game losing blown save last night.  Baker is considering all offers but is leaning toward a deal with the Pirates for recently released player Brandon Inge.  Some think this may still be too high of a price since Chapman is more worthless than used toilet paper.

My interview was cut short with Darren Baker as he had serious new GM type shit to do.  Also, it was nap time.
